1. Nature of Services

Enervana LLP provides service-based solutions including but not limited to energy, consulting, and related services. Due to the customized nature of our services, refunds are subject to specific conditions

12. Cancellation Policy

- Clients may request cancellation before the commencement of work.-

- If cancellation is requested after work has started, the request may not be eligible for a refund.

- Cancellation requests must be made through official communication channels (email or phone).

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will only be considered under the following circumstances:

- Service was not delivered as agreed.

- Duplicate payment was made.

- Payment was made due to a technical error.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

- Work has already been initiated or completed.

- Delay caused due to client-side iss.ues

- Change of mind after service confirmation.

- Customized or project-based services once executed.

- Partial usage of services

5. Advance Payments

- Any advance payment made is non-refundable once the work has been initiated.

- If work has not started, partial refund may be considered after deducting administrative charges.

6. Refund Process

- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days

- - Refunds will be credited to the original payment method only

- Any transaction or processing fees may be deducted.

7. Dispute Resolution
